Management is a vast area where three main people are relating to each other. The first person is the manager, the second one is a team of personnel and third one is the workplace together with the customer. What is the reason why managers need to practice the qualities of the hamsters? Are they going to put themselves inside a cage? Are they going to play on slides and tiny balls?
