God speaks to his people mostly through their mind, with the ideas and the concepts that come to them. I have to beware though because there is an additional power that speaks with me in my mind, the enemy of God, much better called Lucifer, satan, the devil, and his minions which are demons. Basically the battleground for my soul, my life, my being is played out in my mind.
It is important that I am living rightly before God, that I am not living sinfully whatsoever, that I have a right heart and a relationship with God. I have actually repented of my previous sins and the sins of my predecessors. I believe that the blood that Jesus bled onto the land at the cross in Jerusalem gives a full dissolving of these sins.
I try to live perfect, to live really close to God, to stay under the shelter of his wings. But on occasion I still mess up when I am tempted and I still sin. However I am quick to make it right, to turn away, to turn back and to ask Jesus again to cover me over with his blood and cleanse me.
You see, God does not associate with sin but in fact draws back, draws away, pulls back his power and his defense and his association with me. Sin resembles a thick black dark cloud between me and God.
I do away with that black cloud by confessing and altering in my damaged areas and then trusting that the blood of Jesus wipes out those sins.
Therefore, as long as I am rightly related with God, by right living and being cleaned up by Jesus Christ, I can ask him to speak with me, to lead me and to direct me.
I have ideas in my mind. Lots of ideas of various sorts all day long. It's what I do with those ideas that are essential.
So if some ideas come from the devil or his demons and others come from God, How do I know the difference. Well, many are undoubtedly good or bad. There are many various other thoughts though. So many possibilities. A lot of forks in the roadway of life. So many choices that are tough to determine whether good or bad. How do I understand exactly what God wants?
I have what I think to be an excellent idea. Is it actually a good idea? How Can I Find God's Will For Me? Exactly what do I do? Right here is exactly what I do.
