Wrapping Gifts For Your Staff

By Lani Smith

Throughout the seasons or for special functions, giving gifts in the company is a worthy custom. Motivating your staff through gifts is a good way to motivate and inspire them. Aside from they will feel that you are a part of the happy cheers and the gathering, they will also be in awe of your concern. But the presents need not be simply good; they must also be presented beautifully. What follows are suggestions on how you can pleasingly wrap corporate gifts for your staff.

Use found resources. If you have wallpaper scraps from adorning your room, or have classic papers you have no use for anymore, you may use these to wrap boxed presents. Corporate gifts wrapped in recycled materials will pique your employees' attention and they would value you for that. If the corporate gift you acquired is something personal to the member of staff, you may use old company photos or photocopies of records. Simply add a ribbon or a tag.

Put a set of treats as one. As is the practise of most businesses, corporate gifts are the same for all staff. What you can do is to cover them as one to make it more enticing. Wrap the gifts separately and tag them for every member of staff. Then you can stack the gifts upon each other using a tape so they won't fall. Cut a long ribbon and tie it about the stacked gifts to make it look like a gift tower.

Make the tags personal and unique. The tag is still part of the present's wrap, so you must make it appealing. Use different materials for it, like calling cards, magazine cut-outs, even dull pictures of the company or the employees. Write with pens of different colours, or with letters cut from magazines or pamphlets. Make it unique and resourceful to make the receiver happy.

Wrapping is a imaginative process. When you decided to give a present, you must also make a decision on how to wrap it attractively. Presentation is the whole lot, so you may encourage your employees by the presentation of the gift alone.
