By Mark Green

Creating a customer-friendly website is the goal for any company who wishes to make their customers loyal, attract more customers and increase their profit. By bespoke webdesign a company's website can be easily transformed into a customer-friendly site containing every little thing that your customers want to see. bespoke webdesign sounds like a big and difficult task but it just takes some tips before you decide that you definitely need this. It's worth to check this because it means more customers and more income.

Who are your customers?

The main point of creating a website is for your customers to access it. And there's no better way to create a customer-friendly website than making sure that your bespoke webdesign meets the needs and demands of your customers. In order to meet them, one must know them first. Take an extra effort to identify your customers, their wants, preferences, etc. At the end of the day, a company that knows its customers can easily respond to them.

What should you include?

Make your customers see what they want. Customers should easily see what they're looking for. Usually, customers visit your site to either buy or gather information. It's important to consider this to maximize your bespoke web design. Also, manage the number of text/image to ensure that they will find every single word/image as useful. It's also important to make it a community containing sections for feedbacks, customer support, tips, features and other sections that will make them come back.

How will colours help me?

When considering what colours to use, you should consider that the website should be easily readable free from any constraints especially too dark or too bright colours or over animated font. Web designers usually considers this, but be ready to take charge to specify the details of your corporate web design. Remember to keep the colours and font clean and simple but don't forget to innovate and be creative.

How long should it load?

When customers wait too long in a store, they either leave or tell themselves that they are not going to come back again. You don't want that to happen so make sure that your website does not take a long time to load. Losing their interest is least of your goals so make sure that reflects on how long your site will take to load.

How will they look around?

It's easy to make your sites manageable for your customers. Just make sure that there's room for easy navigation be it a first time visitor or a long-time user of your site. Make your navigating buttons easy to identify by labelling them and putting them in easily recognizable places. The rule of thumb here is that the navigation must be easily seen, usable and functional.
