Bring your knees up as if you are bending them. Your feet should be left flat and arms positioned at sides. Contract the muscles in your stomach slowly and pull your right knee up to your chest. Allow your left leg to straighten out on the flat surface. Extend your right arm on your flat surface. Take your left hand and bring your right knee over to the left side. Move your head to the right side to look down your extended arm. Hold the position for 15 seconds. Be sure to keep your head and upper body positioned on the floor. Repeat the stretch for your other side.

Try also doing a buttocks stretch. Align your body flat on your floor. Bring your knees upward making sure you are keeping your feet flat. Position your arms by your side. Pull in the stomach muscles and hold them tight. Extend your right leg over to the left knee. You want to hold your left thigh with your hands. Now bring both legs up and toward you. Try to hold this position for 15 seconds. You can then repeat it on the other leg.
