Whatever it is, it can be said that the key to engaging the employees in productivity is to keep the excited. Nothing does it better than a job that promises promotions, great rewards and the reason to believe that hard work will be paid off accordingly. By positively reinforcing the mindset of people, you teach them to be more ambitious as well.

Although research has already shown what good this brings to top companies, still, others fail to see the point. This is why you still see settings that are toxic because of the nature of the work.
